Age account setup

2 minute setup - No ID required
When setting up Luciditi, select an account type of Age.
Anonymously prove your age online to a website or app.
It's the easiest to setup and you don't need any physical ID documentation. You'll verify your age in a number of ways such as self age-estimation, obtaining proof via your mobile banking app or using another form of verifiable ID.
A Luciditi age account can be used wherever Luciditi or one of our partners accepts it online.

Identity account setup

- Valid Passport required
When setting up Luciditi, select an account type of Identity.
Prove aspects of your Identity - including age - both online and in person (e.g. when buying alcohol using digital verification).
Your identity is validated to a high standard and to do this we'll need to scan your passport, check your likeness and other information against your bank and other data sources.
Once verified, your data is held encrypted in your UK-certified Luciditi app and cannot be shared or read by anyone without your consent, not even by Luciditi!
Verify your age or identity
You've reached this page because you accessed a Luciditi link or QR code and your browser is unable to detect Luciditi. If you already have Luciditi setup on this device and with either your age or identity verified, please check the relevant information below.
Afterwards you can either scan the QR code or click the Retry button (whichever is visible).
Android users
You’ll need to check that ‘Open Supported Links’ setting is enabled. The location of this setting varies between Android devices and versions so look for:
- Settings > Apps > Choose Default Apps > Opening Links > Luciditi
- Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > Hamburger Menu > Default Apps >Opening Links > Luciditi
- Search by setting name for ‘Open Supported Links’
Alternatively, you can also scan the QR code in the Luciditi app which will bypass your browser and allow Luciditi to process the request directly.
Apple users
If you have set your default browser to anything other than Safari, app links may not work automatically. Check the browser’s settings for ‘universal links, app links or deep links’ and ensure that they are not disabled.
