1 - Understand how it works

You are probably here because a business has asked you to register your household in order to confirm a booking or reservation.

We provide you with an App that allows you to confirm when you arrive, that the members of your party are from the same household.

Be reassured you are visiting a responsible business protecting your safety, and they are meeting their legal obligations.

The business should have sent you each an invitation to register for the Luciditi app with a sign up code, simply follow the onscreen instructions to register, it can be done in under 5 minutes. All you need is a compatible Smartphone with a camera and your passport.

After registration you can use the app with any Luciditi enabled business and enjoy their services!

2 - Our validation process

Each member of the household (apart from children) will need to download the app on their compatible phone and register using a unique code provided to them.

The app asks each person to enter their details via their own phone, take a selfie and a picture of their passport photo ID page and then verifies their likeness and details against their passport and additionally verifies their address with online databases.

3 - Comply with the Law

When your party arrive at the designated time, a member of staff use their app to display a bar-code which each of you scan. The member of staff will see and get a record of the persons name a photo of them (to check they are genuinely present) and their current address, which should be the same for each member of that party.

It’s as simple as that, enjoy yourself knowing you are only in a place with visitors of verified households.
