A dynamic, one time 'engagement' QR code is revealed and presented to the steward smartphone or hardware verifier.

On-device 1:1 face match
During verification, the presenter's face is matched to the credential holder - on the device, with no images transmitted or retained. Defended from presentation attack so screenshots or replayed video will fail to unlock the credential.

Device-to-device only
Verification completes over Bluetooth between the two devices. There is no server exchange to intercept and no dependency on stadium connectivity.

Signed, single-use presentation
Each presentation initiated by the QR read is one-time and cryptographically signed and bound to the device.
